Do you install everything or is it self-setup?
Everything is professionally installed and packed away by our team.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you know your date, especially for weekends, school holidays, and summer months when demand is high. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available, but to guarantee your chosen castle, it’s best to secure it at least 1-3 weeks in advance.
Can you view the space beforehand?
Usually not needed, but if you’re unsure about space, send us photos and measurements – we’ll confirm suitability.
Is your equipment weatherproof and safe for outdoor use?
Yes, all castles are designed for outdoor use, but for safety we can’t operate in high winds or heavy rain.
What if I don’t have an outdoor plug socket?
We can provide extension leads and generators if required – just let us know in advance.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For safety, castles can’t be used in strong wind or heavy rain. If the weather isn’t suitable, we’ll happily reschedule or cancel free of charge.
How long does it take to set up?
Setup takes around 20–30 minutes depending on castle size and location.
Do you charge a deposit or cancellation fee?
A deposit may be required depending on the type of event, location, or date — but for many standard hires, no deposit is needed. If bad weather means we can’t set up safely, you won’t be charged and we’ll happily reschedule or cancel free of charge.
